This service is for people who need immediate/urgent advice about Welfare Benefit matters, and are unable to get in to our Office for assistance.

The Free-Phone line will be staffed by fully qualified Welfare Rights Officers, who will be able to give you advice and information on all aspects of the Welfare Rights System. The Service is completely confidential, and you do not have to give your name or personal details.*

Clients and representatives of other agencies can still ring us on our usual number: 01745 345145 during Office Hours.
*Please Note - If you want us to take any action on your behalf, or follow up your enquiry further, we will need details from you such as your name, National Insurance Number, Address, Date of Birth, Income details. However, if you just have a general enquiry, this will not be necessary.
